1) There are absolutely NO parties. This is a quiet neighborhood. 2) Please treat the house as your own - we do expect guests to take off their shoes. 3) There are ONLY 4 spots on the driveway. We do not have parking for additional vehicles. Do NOT park in the parking lane. Do NOT park in neighbors spot. There is no street parking nearby.
