BEDROOMS This stunning home features 4 bedrooms plus a loft workspace, accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably. Master Suite – Indulge in the ultimate luxury with a king bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and dual rain showers. Step out onto your private deck and take in breathtaking views! Second Bedroom – A queen bed with adjacent hall bathroom. This space balances comfort and modern design, perfect for rest after a day of adventures. Third Bedroom – Twin-over-Full bunk beds, ideal for kids or friends. Fourth Bedroom – King-sized comfort with a full en-suite bathroom. BATHROOMS The home has 5 bathrooms: two full baths and three 3/4 baths. All are stocked with hotel-grade towels and essentials, featuring bright lighting and large mirrors. The master bath stands out with dual rain showers and dual vanity, providing a spa-like experience. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The modern kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances, beautiful countertops, and everything you need to prep a quick snack or a full feast. The dining area features a table that seats 6 guests, plus additional seating at the bar island, making it perfect for meals and gatherings. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the living room, which features a large TV and expansive windows letting in natural light and stunning views. The lower level living room has a cozy seating area with smart TV and air hockey table, ideal for movie nights or game time. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed. •Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property and will result in a minimum $250 fine •Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. •Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. •Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.  •To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. House Rules

✔️No smoking on the property due to fire risk ✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so. ✔️ NO FIRES: This is a high-fire danger area and any outdoor fire activity will result in an immediate cancellation without refund and fine. Notify the host of any fire hazard or suspicious smoke. ✔️ Only use the provided gas grill, Charcoal grills are not permitted. Always turn off the gas after use and never leave grill unattended. ✔️ DOORS: Keep doors always closed. There are many animals in the area that can easily enter the home if doors are left open and cause infestation and damage. ✔️ Do not hike on others property adjacent to home. There is amble designating hiking areas within 0.5 miles from home. ✔️ We value honesty-if something breaks, please let us know. If we discover that an item is broken, damaged, or missing without any prior written notice, we will charge a replacement fee of $100.00 per item in addition to actual cost to replace or repair items. If the total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect funds through Resolution Center to cover replacement cost and damaged, missing, or broken items. ✔️ Parking on the road is strictly prohibited. You may park in the garage or on the driveway. ✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door ✔️ Please clean up after yourself, Excessive Mess is a 750.00 cleaning fee. Thank you for treating your home as if it were your own. ✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-7am ✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests. ✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability.
